All users get an email address on your own domain, i.e. you@yourcompany.com and up to 30 GB of storage. The same Google account logs them into all apps and they can switch across them seamlessly. Some powerful features of Gmail are:

Sites are web applications to do various team activities like project management together. Those are very easy to build and can be shared with outside world. With hundreds of templates which can be used without writing a single line of code, they are ideal place to manage a client engagement, a massive business project, or just for organising the docs, sheets, slides or images created online / offline.
Vault is optional add-on and adds archiving, e-discovery and information governance capabilities at additional cost. It lets administrators define retention policies, archive email and chat, and run reports for auditing purposes.
