  • No long-term contracts
  • Data migration capabilities to move off your existing platform
  • Integration with existing systems like Directory Services

How Do We Help?

We are Google Workspace reseller and provide consulting and implementation services for organisations planning to make a move to the cloud. With in-depth knowledge of Workspace platform and years of experience with legacy productivity software, we will ensure that the transition is smooth and no functionality / data is lost in the process.

We also provide on-going administration and support services around Workspace, so that you can keep your focus on your own business without worrying about availability of your productivity platform.

We also act in the capacity of a single point of contact for your billing, administration, support and Workspace-related projects. So you do not have to have multiple vendor relationships.

What's included in Google Workspace?

GmailGmail works on any computer or mobile device with a data connection and offline support lets you keep working even when you’re disconnected. Whether you're at your desk, in a meeting, or on a plane, your email is there.

All users get an email address on your own domain, i.e. and up to 30 GB of storage. The same Google account logs them into all apps and they can switch across them seamlessly. Some powerful features of Gmail are:

  • Available Everywhere: Access your email from a browser, email client (like Outlook), Gmail app on iOS/Android or native mobile Mail client (i.e. Mail on iOS). You also get push notifications when a new email arrives so that you can respond to important messages immediately.
  • Powerful Search: With Gmail, you don't have to sort emails into folders. Everything is searchable in an instance.
  • Offline Support: You can access your email and compose new one when you aren't connected to internet. These emails will be sent automatically when an internet connection becomes available.
  • Email Delegation: Managers can delegate their email to their assistants who can then also read, reply, or sort email on your behalf.
  • Secure and Reliable: Gmail has long history of always being available and rarely going down. Business customers get even better uptime in accordance with Service Level Agreements in place.

Google CalendarCalendar lets you organise your day and share your appointments with colleagues and rest of the world. You get alerted about your events in the web browser, via mobile devices or in your favourite calendar app (Outlook, iCal etc.).

Calendar works with your own company email address, i.e. and supports different time zones, delegation, free and busy information sharing. It also works seamlessly with all your business partners' calendaring tools.

Google DriveGoogle Drive gives you access to your work from anywhere, across your Mac, PC, mobile devices and on the web. Simply download Drive on your Mac or PC to sync files from your computer to the cloud. Update a file on one device and changes are automatically saved to Drive and your other devices, so you have the most up-to-date versions of your files wherever you need them.

Drive uses the same 30 GB (or 1 TB for Workspace Business plans) storage allocation per user but administrators can buy extra storage space for their users, up to 30 TB (30,000 GB) per user!

Google DocsCreate rich documents with images, tables, equations, drawings, links and more. Gather input and manage feedback with social commenting. Docs can be shared online with rest of the team or world and can also be exported to other common formats.

Google SheetsKeep and share lists, track projects, analyse data and track results with powerful spreadsheet editor. Use tools like advanced formulas, embedded charts, filters and pivot tables to get new perspectives on your data.

Google SlidesCreate beautiful slides with presentation editor, which supports things like embedded videos, animations and dynamic slide transitions. Publish your presentations on the web so anyone can view them, or share them privately.

Google HangoutsWith Hangouts you can have a group chat, and easily turn it into a video or voice conversation right on your laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Meet face-to-face with up to 15 co-workers or customers from anywhere with just a click.

Your Hangouts sync across devices so you can pick up the conversation where you left off, while on the move. Schedule a Hangout from Calendar, start a chat from your inbox, or collaborate on a Google Drive file during a video meeting to finish your to-do list faster.

Google SitesSites are web applications to do various team activities like project management together. Those are very easy to build and can be shared with outside world. With hundreds of templates which can be used without writing a single line of code, they are ideal place to manage a client engagement, a massive business project, or just for organising the docs, sheets, slides or images created online / offline.

Google VaultVault is optional add-on and adds archiving, e-discovery and information governance capabilities at additional cost. It lets administrators define retention policies, archive email and chat, and run reports for auditing purposes.

And Lot More...

Beside primary applications listed above, Google Workspace also have other ancillary applications like Groups for Business and private Google+. Your organisation can in fact take ownership of your users' activities across Google-sphere which include likes of YouTube, Adwords, and Maps.
